SUMMARY:
We’re partnering on an exciting Legal & Commercial opportunity within a well-established multinational business.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of client contract matters across multiple service lines and jurisdictions, working closely with commercial stakeholders to ensure agreements are practical, well-structured and aligned to business objectives.
POSITION INFO:
What we’re looking for:
- LLB degree, Admitted Attorney
- ±5–10 years’ commercial legal experience
- Exposure to a corporate/in-house environment (essential)
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating MSAs and service agreements
- Cross-border or multi-jurisdiction contract exposure (essential)
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial instinct — able to structure solutions, not just identify risk
