About The Role
This role exists to recover outstanding debts while maintaining strict legal and regulatory compliance. The specialist will manage accounts using dialer software, collection management systems, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act compliance tools. Work is primarily asynchronous, with account activity documented and shared in writing. The team is distributed across multiple countries and time zones. This position suits someone who works independently and maintains precise, error-free documentation.
What You'll Do
Manage debt collection accounts using collection management and customer relationship management systems.
Conduct outbound collection calls using dialer software within regulatory limits.
Maintain accurate records of debtor communication and payment activity in document management systems.
Monitor compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other regulations.
Track and report compliance status using designated compliance tracking tools.
What We're Looking For
One to five or more years of experience in debt collection.
Practical experience with dialer software and collection management systems.
Working knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act compliance requirements.
Experience using compliance tracking and document management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong written English — our company works in English.
