The Package & Perks
Salary: £25,934 – £32,741 per annum.- Contract: Permanent, term time 36 weeks per year

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire
- Teach practical and theoretical beauty modules.
- Deliver inspiring sessions in classrooms and salons.
- Use interactive, technology-driven teaching methods.
Plan & Design
- Build creative schemes of work.
- Develop modern digital learning resources.
- Craft engaging, effective lesson plans.
Guide & Support
- Set individual student SMART goals.
- Provide constructive, motivating assignment feedback.
- Deliver comprehensive learner induction programmes.
Network & Grow
- Support marketing and student enrolment events.
- Lead internal quality assurance and verification.
