We are inviting applications for the position of
Leasing Manager – Property Department
Lewis Head Office, Woodstock.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
- Tertiary Qualification will be an advantaged
Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in the commercial property leasing environment
Competencies:
· Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills are essential
· Strong administrative skills in a commercial property environment
· Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
· Computer literate in MS Office
· Efficient and detail orientated who can work under pressure in a deadline orientated environment.
Duties (but not limited to):
· Negotiations of lease renewals
· Liaise with various Landlords and Portfolio Managers
· Check status quo and unique requirements/clauses of lease agreements
· Peruse and prepare lease agreements for signature
· Implement systems and control measures
· Responsible for maintaining and improve Tenant/ Landlord relations
· Property Administration.
· Professional support services to the team
