Job Description
- To drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, expand strategic partnerships, and maximize occupancy and enhance asset value across Langeler Towers’ portfolio.
- Rapidly reduce the current vacancy rate through targeted outreach into the older person’s market.
The post comprises of a 40-hour week with flexi hours that may include after hours and weekend work
Roles and Responsibilities
The Role Requires One To Ensure
- Robust and measurable business development plans are developed and executed to drive and tenant acquisition and retention.
- Marketing, expansion strategies and strategic partnerships meet business development targets, outcomes and returns on investment for Langeler Towers
- Records, financial tracking and reports are developed, tracked, maintained and submitted as required.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, real estate, or commercial leasing
- Proven track record in revenue growth and deal closure
- Driver’s License and own vehicle.
