Lead Water Mitigation Technician Responsibilities:
Lead crews to accomplish work tasks.
Inspect water damage in commercial and residential properties.
Set-up the appropriate amount of equipment to properly dry the area.
Remove affected materials when deemed unsalvageable.
Work with the client to explain the situation and what you have done to stop the immediate threat and advise them of the next steps.
Coordinate with the team regarding necessary repairs and the extent of damage.
Document accordingly.
Travel to work sites throughout the surrounding areas.
Lead Water Mitigation Technician Qualifications:
Prior experience as a water mitigation technician preferred.
WRT Certified Prefered
Willingness to be on-call one week a month
Ability to Lift 80 pounds.
2+ years of Water restoration experience (willing to talk to the right candidate with less experience)
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Communicate with clients, residents, and colleagues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
