Duties
- Lead and coordinate water damage restoration projects, ensuring efficient and thorough mitigation efforts
- Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Perform water extraction, drying, cleaning, mold remediation, fire restoration, and asbestos abatement as needed
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to complete restoration tasks effectively
- Conduct inspections using specialized equipment to assess damage levels and determine appropriate restoration strategies
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety compliance throughout each project
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on water damage, fire restoration, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement
- Hands-on knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and general property sanitation
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently in various restoration tasks
- Strong understanding of construction processes related to property repair and mitigation
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel between job sites as needed
