Job Title: Lead Restoration Technician

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
About the Role
We are a growing restoration company looking for a Lead Restoration Technician to handle water mitigation projects and support daily field operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead jobs in the field, interact with clients, and ensure work is completed to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and lead water mitigation and restoration services (extraction, drying, demo, etc.)
- Set up and monitor drying equipment and job sites
- Follow IICRC standards and proper PPE protocols at all times
- Document jobs accurately (photos, notes, moisture readings, etc.)
- Communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters as needed
- Assist with contract sign-ups and job documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and equipment
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
Qualifications
- Experience in water mitigation/restoration required
- Knowledge of drying techniques, equipment, and job setup
- Familiarity with IICRC standards and safety procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead or take ownership of jobs in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required)
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.)
- Experience using moisture meters and documentation apps
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience
