Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Water & Mold Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, and restoration services. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoring
- Set up and remove drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers
- Perform mold remediation and containment procedures
- Complete demolition and removal of damaged building materials
- Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and daily reports
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
- Participate in on-call emergency response rotation
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, or construction preferred
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred but not required
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and challenging environments
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work after-hours, weekends, and emergency calls when needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
