The Lead Generation team plays a critical role in engaging clients, and ensuring qualified leads enter the sales pipeline.
Role Purpose
The Lead Generator is responsible for contacting the existing client list, conducting basic telephonic health assessments, and qualifying high-quality leads for the sales department. The role requires excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to handle high-volume client interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to current clients, offering them health vouchers for family and friends.
- Conduct telephonic health assessments with prospective clients to determine eligibility and interest.
- Qualify and prepare leads before handing them over to the sales team.
- Capture accurate client information on the CRM tool, and maintain updated lead records.
- Deliver high-quality client interactions with professionalism, empathy, and company knowledge
- Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets, maintaining both volume and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric, (completed three year degree in any field, will be advantageous).
- Preferred: Bilingual (English & Afrikaans).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Target-driven, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
- Strong ability to handle objections and maintain client engagement over the phone.
- Prior call centre or telemarketing experience, in a commissions driven enviroment is advantageous.
