We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help generate new business opportunities through social media outreach, email marketing, and strategic prospecting.
The Role
This is a remote position where you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building targeted prospect lists, managing outreach campaigns, and supporting our social media presence.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a lead generation, business development, email marketing, or social media marketing role and be comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation
- Research and identify companies and decision-makers that fit our ideal client profile.
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other research tools.
- Source and qualify corporate prospects, particularly companies with regular travel requirements between the UK and the USA.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect databases.
Instagram Outreach
- Conduct daily outreach to potential clients via Instagram Direct Messages.
- Engage with prospects by liking and commenting on relevant posts.
- Build relationships and start conversations that generate sales opportunities.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions professionally.
Email Marketing
- Create and manage personalised email outreach campaigns.
- Research target companies and key contacts using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Write tailored emails that are relevant to each prospect and industry.
- Manage email sequences, follow-ups, and campaign performance.
- Track and report on open rates, response rates, and lead generation metrics.
Social Media Support
- Assist with managing and growing our social media presence.
- Engage with followers and target audiences.
- Help identify content opportunities that support lead generation activities.
AI & Automation
- Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT and other automation platforms to improve productivity.
- Streamline prospect research, email personalisation, content creation, and reporting.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in a lead generation, business development, email marketing, or similar role.
- Experience conducting outbound outreach via social media and email.
- Strong LinkedIn research and prospecting skills.
- Excellent written English and communication skills..
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily targets.
Preferred
- Experience within the travel, luxury, hospitality, or corporate services sector.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience using AI tools for marketing and lead generation activities.

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives available.
Pay: R21 740,00 per month
