Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services and generate qualified leads.
- Identify and establish initial contact with decision-makers, facilitating introductions and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead quality, and conversion.
- Continuously research and update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Existing industry connections are a strong advantage
- English proficiency at B2 level (strong verbal and written communication skills).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
