We’re looking for a Lead Front-End Developer who can confidently take ownership of an existing production application, guide its evolution, and help shape the technical direction of a modern, data-driven platform in the healthcare space.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:
- Lead front-end development and define technical direction
- Build scalable, production-ready features in React & Next.js
- Transform complex healthcare data into intuitive user experiences
- Mentor and guide front-end developers
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams
- Debug and resolve complex UI and integration issues
- Make key decisions around performance, architecture, and maintainability
👤 What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with React & TypeScript
- Proven production experience with Next.js
- Ability to work with complex API and data structures
- Strong understanding of clean, reusable component design
- Solid grasp of responsive design principles
- Confident working in existing codebases
- Comfortable explaining technical trade-offs clearly
- Experience with Git & Docker
