What You’ll Be Doing:
● Run electrical crews on residential & light commercial jobs
● Oversee installations, service work, and job quality
● Train and mentor junior electricians
● Communicate with office and customers professionally
● Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and profitably
What We’re Looking For:
● 5+ years electrical experience (NJ experience preferred)
● Proven ability to lead a crew
● Strong troubleshooting skills
● Clean driving record
● Professional, reliable, and motivated
