Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership experience to guide development teams in delivering high‑quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable solutions
- Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
- Ensure solutions are secure, performant, and aligned with business requirements
- Provide hands‑on development support on complex technical challenges
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of learning and accountability
- Conduct code reviews
, provide constructive feedback, and support career growth - Assist in resource planning, task allocation, and delivery management
- Promote collaboration and communication within cross‑functional teams
Delivery & Engineering Excellence

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in .NET / .NET Core development
- Proven experience in a Team Lead or Tech Lead role
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience building scalable, enterprise‑level applications
- Solid experience with SQL and database design
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in front‑end technologies such as Angular, React, or similar frameworks
- Strong knowledge of application security principles (e.g., OAuth, authentication/authorization)
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Expertise with tools such as Git, JIRA, and modern development tool chains
