17FIVE TIRES is looking for a highly skilled, experienced automotive technician who can diagnose, repair, and produce at a high level without constant supervision.
This is NOT an entry-level position.
This is NOT a position for someone who “wants to learn.”
We are specifically seeking a dependable A-Level technician who already has strong diagnostic ability, solid work ethic, and professional shop habits.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years professional automotive repair experience
- Strong drivability and electrical diagnostic ability
- Ability to accurately diagnose vehicles without “parts swapping”
- Experience with domestic and Asian vehicles required
- Own professional-level tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Consistent attendance and professionalism
Preferred:
- ASE Certifications
- Experience with European vehicles
- Ability to mentor younger technicians
- Leadership mentality
- Experience using modern scan tools and diagnostic software
