The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For
- Management of Breeders on a large poultry production farm;
- Managing staff on the farm;
- Maintaining the Company’s assets and constantly striving to improve results.
The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements
- B.Sc. Agric or Diploma in Agriculture;
- Relevant Laying & Rearing experience in managing a large poultry production will be an added advantage;
- He/She must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills;
- Computer knowledge will be an added advantage;
- Must have a valid driver’s license;
- The candidate must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail;
- It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing 20 Keys.
