We are looking for a talented and ambitious Associate Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our growing team in South Africa. The ideal candidate will support international and domestic clients, working on a wide range of legal matters in a dynamic and professional environment.

• Provide legal advice and representation across a range of legal matters.
• Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective legal solutions.
• Stay updated with legal developments and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified South African lawyer with full bar admission
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in law firms or corporate legal departments
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills
• Proactive, client-focused, and a team player
