Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn & Outdoor Maintenance Crew Member to join our team in Charleston, WV. This role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties by performing lawn care, landscaping, and general outdoor upkeep. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and can operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns using commercial-grade equipment
- Perform weed control, mulching, planting, and general landscaping tasks
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges as needed
- Clean up debris, leaves, and clippings to maintain property appearance
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow/ice management (if applicable)
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor
- Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)

Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends depending on workload and season

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
