Job Summary
Taurus Staffing is looking for Lawn Care Crew Members for positions in Knoxville, TN. ulture. The ideal candidate must have some experience in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns using hand tools and power tools
- Support irrigation system setup, inspection, and repair to ensure proper watering of plants and turf
- Perform gardening tasks such as planting, mulching, fertilizing, and pruning to promote healthy growth
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of grounds by removing debris and litter regularly
- Operate various landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, including hand tools, lawnmowers, trimmers, and other power tools
- Assist with general maintenance tasks around the property to uphold aesthetic standards
- Support team members with additional landscaping projects as needed
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with horticulture principles is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Willingness to learn about irrigation systems and landscape upkeep techniques
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred
- Positive attitude and eagerness to develop skills in groundskeeping and landscaping
