Company Description
Our client is a well-established laundry services business located in the city centre of Abuja, FCT.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage staff performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in coordinating workflows in a fast-paced service environment.
Job Description
- Supervise daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and packaging
- Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support
- Maintain quality control standards and handle reworks where necessary
- Coordinate with the front desk to manage order flow and customer expectations
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment
- Manage inventory of detergents and other supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–4 years experience in a supervisory role (laundry, hospitality, or retail preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills
