We have an exciting opportunity for a Large and Complex Claims Manager at our Johannesburg Branch. Located in Gauteng, South Africa, you will be a key part of our Claims Department in the iTOO division. You will be responsible for the management, oversight and technical ownership of large, complex, high-risk and litigated specialty insurance claims across all of iTOO products, including but not limited to:

- Co-create and drive appropriate claims and litigation strategies aligned to company goals, risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
- Remain up to date with local and international insurance, legal and litigation trends and provide thought leadership to the business.
- Create an environment of trust, open communication and professional engagement through expert judgement and influence.
- Ensure all technical, legal and governance aspects relating to claims settlements are adhered to.
- Contribute to the company goals, profitability and reputational protection of iTOO.
- Ensure strong working relationships between all internal and external stakeholders.
