What You’ll Be Doing
As a Lawn Mowing & Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep residential and commercial properties looking their absolute best.
Responsibilities Include:
- Mowing lawns with commercial equipment
- String trimming and edging
- Pruning shrubs and ornamental plants
- Maintaining flower beds and landscape areas
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Working as part of a professional crew to deliver high-quality results
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Our crews start early and make the most of the day.
- Report to the shop around 6:00 AM
- Load trucks and equipment
- Travel to job sites with your crew
- Spend the day outdoors completing projects and serving customers
- Return to the shop, prepare for the next day, and head home
This is active, hands-on work that keeps you moving. You’ll finish each day knowing exactly what you accomplished and seeing the impact of your efforts firsthand.
Most schedules are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons. Spring can be especially busy, providing additional overtime opportunities.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
- Must be able to remain tobacco/nicotine-free during the workday (10–12 hours)
