Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced, bilingual Landscape Supervisor to lead and oversee our landscaping projects and maintenance operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of landscape technicians, ensuring high-quality execution of landscaping, lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and gardening tasks.
Your leadership will drive the success of our outdoor projects, maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and pest control to ensure optimal landscape health and appearance
- Lead and coordinate landscaping projects from planning through execution, including construction tasks such as installing hardscapes or planting beds
- Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to promote efficient water use and landscape vitality
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to foster a motivated and skilled workforce
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets safety standards, environmental regulations, and company quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project scope and deliver tailored landscaping solutions
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, horticulture or related fields with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
- Knowledge of tree care techniques and pruning standards
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- A valid driver’s license is preferred; certification in horticulture or landscape management is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
