FACULTY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Department of Chemical Sciences
Laboratory Assistant (1 post)
Qualifications
- A National Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Technology or an equivalent in the relevant field.
- At least 5 ‘O’ level passes including Mathematics, English and a Science subject.
- At least one (1) year of relevant post qualification working experience.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and running of practicals.
- Assist in operation of analytical instruments.
- Assist in laboratory safety and quality control.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory inventory.
- Laboratory house keeping.
