Full job description
JOB PURPOSE:
Work one-on-one with in-house prosthodontist fabricating full and partial dentures, and All-on-4 workflows. Duties include, but not limited to, setting teeth, waxing, finishing and processing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Relines, repairs, occlusal rims and tooth setups.
- Experience processing removable dentures. We use Ivoclar denture line and processing with Ivobase. (Can train)
- Familiarity with 3D printing preferred, in house Sprintray 3D printer
- Hard/soft night guards (Erkoform 3D motion)
· Performs relines, rebases, adjustments, polishing, and refinishing procedures
- Operates computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems used for digital dental restorations
- Follows doctor prescriptions and utilizes digital scanning systems and design software to create prosthetic appliances and restorations
- Assists with operation and maintenance of milling machines, 3D printers, scanners, and other digital laboratory equipment
- Operates laboratory equipment including casting equipment, porcelain ovens, acrylic processing units, milling machines, CAD/CAM systems, articulators, vacuum mixers, model trimmers and polishing equipment
- Performs routine maintenance, cleaning, on laboratory equipment
- Reports equipment malfunctions and coordinates repair services as necessary
- Fabrication of Orthodontic Essix retainers
· Utilizes dental models, impressions, digital scans, and laboratory prescriptions to fabricate dental appliances and temporary restorations
- Collaboration with outside laboratories for crown and bridge/ceramic cases.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, infection control protocols, occupational safety requirements, and ensure timely completion of lab work.

Pay: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour
