# Kitchen Staff: Grillers, Pizza Makers and Sushi Chefs **Location:** Northern or Southern Suburbs, Cape Town **Job Type:** Full-time We are looking for experienced and reliable kitchen staff to join our restaurant team. Vacancies are available for: – Grillers – Pizza makers – Sushi chefs – General kitchen staff ## Responsibilities – Prepare and cook food according to recipes and company standards – Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion sizes – Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time – Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean workstation – Follow food-safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures – Assist with stock rotation, labelling and storage – Minimise food waste – Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams – Assist with opening and closing duties ## Requirements – Previous experience in the position applied for – Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene – Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen – Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team – Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays – Reliable transport – Contactable references Please submit your CV through Indeed and clearly state whether you are applying as a **Griller, Pizza Maker, Sushi Chef or General Kitchen Staff member**.
