K9 Kitty Handler- Kennel Team Member-Full-time: Evening/Overnight Jobs in Philadelphia, PA at Philadelphia Pet Hotel and Villas
Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas is currently accepting applications to fill part-time and full-time K9 & Kitty Handler positions. We are currently seeking applicants who are able to work a combination of day and/or evening shifts, have weekend availability, and most holidays.
***We are currently hiring for our 12pm-9pm shift and 9pm-6am shifts. Flexible availability for both is required. Candidates must be 18 or older!
Overnight responsibilities will be trained/expected after 90 days of training/working within the facility. Please do not apply if only available overnight!
Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas is a luxury pet hotel conveniently located near the airport. We specialize in dog and cat boarding and spa bathing services. We are currently looking for experienced, motivated individuals to join our family of pet passionate people.
Please apply if you possess the following skills:
* Pet passionate, above all always looks out for the health, safety, and welfare of all animals
* Prior shelter, kennel, or hospital experience preferred, or equivalent education i.e. vet tech or veterinary sciences program
* Can handle dogs/cats of all sizes
* Able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and some holidays
* Detail oriented and driven to maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment
* Able to multi-task, motivated self-starter, and can work in a fast-paced environment
* Trustworthy, upholds the highest level of integrity
* Punctual and willing to stay late if needed
* Able to take constructive feedback to improve own performance
* Approachable, pleasant, and above all passionate about creating a positive client experience and work environment
