- Matric
- Tourism or Travel Degree / Diploma is beneficial, but not essential
- Must have previous DMC experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good general knowledge on African destinations and tourism products
- Willingness to learn
- Team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions
