We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Trainer to support the training and development of our retail, café, kitchen, and customer service teams. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about people development, luxury hospitality, and creating engaging learning experiences.
Role Purpose
The Junior Trainer will assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programmes that ensure all team members possess the skills, product knowledge, and service excellence required to uphold Ladurée’s luxury brand standards. The successful candidate will support onboarding, operational training, compliance training, and ongoing employee development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Facilitate onboarding and induction training for new employees.
- Deliver training on customer service excellence, product knowledge, brand standards, and operational procedures.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to maintain service consistency and compliance.
- Support practical, on-the-job coaching for employees across departments.
Learning & Development Support
- Assist in developing and updating training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning guides.
- Ensure training content reflects current company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Help coordinate training schedules and maintain attendance records.
Performance Support
- Observe employee performance and identify training needs.
- Work closely with department managers to support employee development plans.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
Compliance & Standards
- Assist with training related to food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and operational compliance requirements.
- Support audits by ensuring training records are accurate and up to date.
- Promote adherence to company policies and luxury hospitality standards.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain employee training records and learning databases.
- Track training completion rates and performance outcomes.
- Prepare training reports and provide feedback to management.

Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in training, hospitality, retail, customer service, or employee development.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, food and beverage, or retail environments will be advantageous.
