SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Junior Supervisor to join our team on a contracting basis in Gauteng.
POSITION INFO:
JOB VACANCY: Junior Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct baseline risk assessments and communicate risks to employees
- Ensure task-specific risk assessments are conducted and control measures are implemented
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure team members are trained and competent
- Provide proper supervision during scaffold erection and dismantling
- Inspect scaffolds regularly and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Erect temporary works structures according to relevant standards
- Report all incidents in work area
