We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Study Coordinator to join our oncology research team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to advancing cancer treatment and improving patient outcomes while gaining hands-on experience in clinical trial coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and day-to-day management of oncology clinical trials.
- Recruit, screen, and schedule oncology patients in line with study protocols.
- Maintain accurate study documentation, including case report forms, patient files, and regulatory binders.
- Support data collection, entry, and quality control processes specific to oncology studies.
- Communicate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to ensure study milestones are met.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethical standards, and institutional policies.
- Provide administrative support such as meeting scheduling, filing, and preparation of study reports.
