Junior Sous Chef Jobs in Newton, MA at Confidential
We are in search of an exceptional hands-on Sous Chef who is ready to grow their career. This position will be responsible for all Kitchen line operations while overseeing daily inventories for ordering while conducting full inventories for Food Cost comparisons.
Must be able to lead from the line while being able to ensure production of all menu items from other stations and come out in a timely manner with proper plate presentations and temps.

Below are just a few of the responsibilities needed and we will call all that match them.
- Must have 2 or more years of experience in a supervisor role
- Must have experience in a full production kitchen
- Must understand sanitation
- Utilizing waste controls and pars to control food cost
- Experience with ordering food and dry goods
- Must understand and have exposure to budgets to include Labor controls and Food Costs. ·
- Valid Driver’s license
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $65,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
