We’re Hiring: Junior Sales Executive (Hybrid)
Location: Durban or Cape Town (Hybrid)

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? EduPower Skills Academy is looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our footprint across South Africa.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Conducting sales presentations and preparing proposals
Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Identifying market opportunities and industry trends
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activities
What We’re Looking for:
Matric qualification
Previous sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 07:30 – 16:00
Overtime may be required when necessary
