Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the Sales team. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the transaction process, identifying client needs, maintaining market knowledge, and building strong customer relationships. The Consultant will also engage in ongoing professional development and training to sharpen their real estate expertise and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales, Sales, and Real Estate operations
- Strong focus on Customer Service and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Willingness to participate in Training and professional development opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in an on-site environment.
