VAD Construction (Pty) Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Quantity Surveyor / Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Durban.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience (graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply).
- Experience in pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, tenders, RFQs, estimates, payment certificates, and cost reports.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s licence will be an advantage.
