SoleCrypt is looking for a Junior Project Analyst to support project coordination, documentation, research, internal tracking and follow-up across renewable energy, data centre, climate finance and infrastructure development workstreams.
This is a full-time services engagement and junior analyst role, fully remote and based in Tunis, Tunisia. The selected candidate should be available for occasional in-person meetings, company off-sites, client meetings, site visits and travel in/out of Tunis as required.
The role reports to the Project Development Lead.
About SoleCrypt
SoleCrypt is developing renewable energy and digital infrastructure projects in Tunisia, with a focus on utility-scale solar energy, green data centres, corporate energy solutions, carbon credits, climate finance and sustainable infrastructure development.
The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary team with backgrounds across energy, infrastructure, project development, finance, technology and operations. The team is dynamic, collaborative and mission-driven, working across different generations with a shared objective: building strategic infrastructure projects that support Tunisia’s energy and digital transition.
Role Overview
The Junior Project Analyst will support the Project Development Lead in the organization, follow-up and execution of ongoing projects. This role is designed for a candidate with early professional experience who is serious, structured, comfortable with numbers and able to support a fast-moving project development environment.
The role combines project coordination, document organization, Excel work, research, financial analysis, basic financial modelling support, project finance and structuring inputs, data room follow-up and support across workstreams linked to renewable energy, data centres, financing, public-sector processes and partner coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Project coordination & tracking
- Support the follow-up of project tasks, deadlines, action items and pending inputs across multiple workstreams. Prepare simple weekly updates and flag delays, blockers or missing information.
Documentation & data rooms
- Organize project documents, folders and data rooms. Track missing documents, version changes and required inputs for partners, investors, lenders, grant applications and public authorities.
Excel, data & financial analysis
- Work confidently with Excel spreadsheets, formulas, tables, invoices, consumption data, project assumptions and financial summaries. Review data for consistency, completeness, formatting and logic before internal or external use.
Project finance, modelling & structuring
- Support simple financial models, scenario tables, tariff comparisons, CAPEX/OPEX inputs, debt/equity assumptions, subsidy or grant payment timing, offtaker data and structuring inputs for internal review, lenders, investors and partners.
Research & summaries
- Support research on renewable energy, infrastructure, financing programs, grants, project finance, partners, suppliers, carbon credits and data-centre topics. Summarize findings clearly in English or French.
Administrative & external support
- Assist with meeting notes, agendas, follow-ups, document preparation and occasional administrative submissions to institutions, ministries or public offices when required.
Required Profile
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related analytical field. The education background can be flexible for a strong candidate with relevant experience.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in project analysis, finance, business analysis, project development, consulting, infrastructure, energy, engineering or a similar environment.
- Strong Excel familiarity, including structured tables, formulas, checks, formatting, scenario comparisons, basic charts and simple financial modelling support.
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English, with clear written communication in French and English.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, remote work routines, digital folders, data rooms and task follow-up tools.
- Based in Tunis and available for occasional in-person meetings, company off-sites, client meetings, site visits, administrative errands or document submissions when needed.
- Own car is a plus. When business travel or transport is required, reasonable transport costs may be reimbursed according to company policy.

SoleCrypt operates in a fast-moving project development environment. The scope of the role may evolve depending on project priorities, partner requirements, regulatory developments, commercial timelines and operational needs. The selected candidate is expected to respond to changing conditions with flexibility, professionalism and good follow-up.
Contractual Structure
This role is a direct services relationship with SoleCrypt Ltd, the UK entity. It is governed by a services agreement and does not constitute local Tunisian employment. The selected candidate will provide services to SoleCrypt Ltd in accordance with the terms of that agreement.
