- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment in a supervisory or team leader role
- Must be able to take instructions and follow management direction accurately
- Strong numerical accuracy and counting ability (including stock control, production quantities, and quality measurements)
- Ability to operate machinery and perform manual tasks
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
