- Role Overview: Based in Cairo, Egypt, this full-time role bridges the gap between rigorous fundamental analysis and active portfolio decision-making within a lean, high-visibility investment team.
- Investment Research: You will actively drive the firm's investment strategy by conducting deep-dive bottom-up research, constructing valuation models, and pitching high-conviction ideas to senior management.
- Portfolio Execution: Core operational duties include monitoring daily fund cash flows, managing corporate actions, and executing equity trades with sell-side brokers to minimize transaction costs.
- Risk & Compliance: You will evaluate risk-adjusted returns and performance attribution while daily monitoring portfolio constraints like tracking error and sector concentration.
- Qualifications: The position targets professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience in equity research or trading, a quantitative or finance degree, and progress toward a CFA or FMVA designation.
- Technical Skills: Success requires advanced Excel financial modeling skills, terminal proficiency in Bloomberg or LSEG Workspace, and a strong preference for data automation utilizing Python or R.
- FMI graduates are preferred.
