The Role
We are looking for a Junior Partnerships AQUISTION Manager to support our US company with a clear focus on:
Trade Exchange Partnerships (primarily Food & Beverage)
This means:
- You will approach US-based brands
- You will secure product partnerships instead of cash deals
- You will help supply our events with relevant partner products (drinks, snacks, supplements, etc.)

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant US-based Food & Beverage brands
- Reach out via:
- Phone (where applicable)
- Pitch trade exchange opportunities (product vs. exposure)
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners
- Support closing of partnerships together with senior team
- Coordinate basic partner needs (quantities, logistics alignment, etc.)

Requirements (Important)
- Based in Cape Town (required)
- Comfortable working US hours (14:00 – 23:00 SA time)
- Strong written and spoken English (US-facing communication)
- High level of proactiveness and ownership
- Interest in:
- Partnerships

- Events / outdoor / sports

Ideal Background
You don’t need years of experience, but ideally:
- 0–2 years experience in:
- Sales
- Partnerships
- Marketing / outreach
- OR strong evidence of:
- Hustle
- Communication skills
- Ability to get responses from people
Pay: R15 000,00 – R20 000,00 per month
