Duties:
- Contact clients
- Training will be provided
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Book meetings
- Following up on unpaid or lapsed policies
- Capture and record client feedback and referrals
- Assist with general administrative duties across all product lines
- Answer incoming calls and manage general client queries
Requirements:
- Matric
- Strong computer literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Financial services experience is advantageous but not required
- Contactable references
- Clear criminal record
- Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license
- Stay within Bloemfontein
