R15 000 – R20 000 CTC (depending on experience and qualifications)

A well-established legal firm based in Upington is seeking a Junior Labour Consultant / Legal Advisor to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of a 3-year tertiary qualification (LLB, BCom Law, BA Law, HR or related field)

Additional qualification in Labour Law (certificate/diploma) advantageous

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience

Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting employment contracts and company policies

Managing and facilitating Section 189 (retrenchment) proceedings

Advising and assisting with poor work performance and ill-health enquiries

Providing general labour law and employee relations advice to clients
