Our company is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and highly detail-oriented Junior / Trainee HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. This position is primarily focused on HR paperwork, documentation, and administrative support , the ideal candidates who are organized, committed, and able to work accurately under routine tasks.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting daily HR operations through proper documentation and filing.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Handle HR paperwork, filing systems, and documentation with high accuracy

·        Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)

·        Prepare HR letters, forms, reports, and internal documents

·        Support recruitment and onboarding documentation processes

·        Assist with attendance, leave records, and personnel files

·        Ensure confidentiality and proper organization of all HR documents

·        Support the HR team with general administrative tasks

Required Skills & Competencies:

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·        High level of commitment, responsibility, and reliability

·        Energetic and willing to handle routine and repetitive paperwork

·        Good organizational and time-management skills

·        Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Able to learn independently as well as through guidance from senior staff

·  This role requires patience, discipline, and consistency

Qualifications:

· Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

· Fresh graduates with a business background (class of 2024 or 2025) are welcome to apply

·  Non-fresh graduates must have prior experience in administrative or HR-related roles

  • ·  Applicants from non-related fields must have relevant HR experience ( if they have basic HR exposure or short-term HR experience advantage )
