Position: Junior Graphic Designer (Retail)
Communicates ideas and information through visual concepts. primarily using design software. Strategically combine design elements to develop aesthetically appealing layouts, advertisements, reports, logos, packaging, and more.
Role and Responsibilities:
Assisting with apparel graphics for t-shirts, fleece, and more
Creating and resizing marketing content (social media, in-store visuals, posters, etc.)
Supporting campaign rollouts across digital and retail
Working closely with the marketing and buying teams
Bringing fresh, trend-aware ideas to the brand
Qualification and Experience:
A recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ experience
A strong portfolio (student work, freelance, or internships welcome)
Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design
Genuine interest in fashion, streetwear, and youth culture
Eager to learn, takes direction well, and meets deadlines
Advantageous:
Any experience with apparel graphics
Social media content design experience
Basic motion or video editing skills
