Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, assist with tender submissions, and package RFQs (Request of Quotations).
Compile comprehensive BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and measure and draw-up BOQs from drawings.
Attend site clarification meetings for tenders and provide feedback to Senior Management.
Follow up on RFQs sent out to Sub-Contractors, ensuring competitive pricing on each trade for the tender.
Build and maintain relationships with various Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to secure the best market pricing.
Requirements:
BTech in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar built environment.
Proficiency in Candy (CCS – Construction Computer Software) and MS Office.
Valid Driver’s License and own transport.
Excellent planning, organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize and focus on deliverables.
A motivated self-starter with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
