Who We're Looking For
A Junior DTP & Digital Finished Artist
In this role, accuracy is our golden thread. We are looking for someone who naturally loves the details—someone who gets a quiet sense of satisfaction from a perfectly aligned layout, correct spelling, and spot-on brand colors.
You'll work across both print and digital, helping us bring big creative ideas to life. If you are eager to learn, love technology, and want to become an absolute wizard at rolling out beautiful campaigns across different platforms, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring designs to life: Take creative concepts and roll them out into various sizes and formats—from print ads and billboards to digital banners and social posts.
- Keep things accurate (Our Golden Thread): Check, double-check, and triple-check your work. You'll help us make sure brand guidelines are followed perfectly, typos are caught, and colors are correct before anything goes live.
- Play in the digital space: Work on digital storyboards, make quick updates to copy or layouts, and help export digital assets. You'll get to work with static images, animated GIFs, and learn how HTML5 files are prepared.
- Master your tools: Grow your skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Our senior team is ready to mentor you on advanced tricks like file packaging, layer organisation, and pre-press prep.
- Collaborate and learn: Work closely with our friendly design, digital, and account teams to make sure our campaigns land beautifully and on time.
Your Experience
- A bit of experience: Around 1 to 3 years of experience in an agency or production environment
- A love for the Adobe Suite: Good foundational skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Digital curiosity: You understand the basics of the digital world—like how to export assets for different screens, how GIFs work, and the basics of digital storyboards.
- A great attitude: You are kind, eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to grow your career with us.
