At Tessa’s Bakery, we don’t just bake—we create unforgettable experiences! From custom 3D cake toppers to beautifully crafted party boxes and holiday packaging, our designs make celebrations extra special. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Paper Craft Graphic Designer & Production Assistant to join our team and bring our sweet visions to life.
What You’ll Do:
– Design and produce 3D cake toppers, party boxes, favor bags, and bakery packaging
– Operate Cricut machines for cutting, scoring, and assembling paper designs
– Use Canva (and other design tools if experienced) to create print-ready graphics
– Assist in production—assembling, gluing, and packaging finished paper goods
– Collaborate with the bakery team to match designs with event themes (birthdays, weddings, holidays, etc.)
– Ensure high-quality finishes with a keen eye for detail
– Stay updated on innovative paper craft techniques
What We’re Looking For:
– Experience working with Cricut machines (essential)
– Proficiency in Canva(graphic design skills are a plus, but not required)
– A creative, crafty mindset with strong attention to detail
– Ability to work efficiently in a hands-on production role
– Interest in events, baking, or party styling (a big advantage!)
Bonus Skills:
– Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (not required but helpful)
– Background in event decor, stationery, or small-batch production
