We’re #Hiring: Architect (Retail & Commercial Consultancy) – Heliopolis
We are looking for a motivated Architect (0–2 years of experience) to join our team at KAD (Kerdany Advisory & Development), a specialized consultancy in retail and commercial development.
At KAD, we provide integrated services including:
· Architectural design review
· Tenant mix and retail planning
· Financial advisory for commercial projects
· Facility and operations management
· Tenant fit-out manuals and operational guidelines
Role Overview
This role goes beyond traditional design. You will be involved in reviewing architectural drawings, preparing retail guidelines, and supporting data-driven development processes.
We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, as a significant part of the role includes:
· Reviewing drawings and ensuring compliance with design standards
· Handling structured data and documentation (high attention to accuracy required)
· Supporting the development of tenant mix strategies
· Assisting in fit-out manuals and operational manuals preparation
· Preparing professional presentations and reports
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Architectural
· 0–2 years of experience
· Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Proficiency in:
· AutoCAD
· Adobe InDesign
· Excel
· Photoshop / PowerPoint / SketchUp
· Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken)
· Strong communication and coordination skills
