Junior Apparel & Footwear Merchandiser
Based in Randburg |* Full-Time |* Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a Junior Apparel & Footwear Merchandiser to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their merchandising career who is ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across retail stores.
- Implement window displays and in-store merchandising presentations.
- Style mannequins and merchandise displays according to seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with seasonal campaign rollouts and promotional launches.
- Conduct regular store visits and visual merchandising audits.
- Provide merchandising guidance and training to store teams.
- Compile photo reports and feedback following store visits.
- Assist with new store openings and visual merchandising setup.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across all locations.
- Assist with outdoor expos and events.
- Assist with stock takes.
Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management or experience in retail merchandising or a related role.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle are essential.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to regional locations, including Cape Town and Durban.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
