Position Overview
We are looking for a hungry, driven Junior Acquisitions Manager to join our team. This role is focused on speaking with motivated sellers, building rapport, making offers, and getting contracts signed.
This is a high-performance, sales-driven role with strong upside through commissions.
Compensation
- $1,250/month base salary
- Commission on deals signed
- Additional commission on closed deals
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to motivated seller leads
- Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
- Analyze properties and present offers
- Follow up consistently with leads
- Negotiate and get contracts signed
- Maintain high talk time and activity levels
- Update CRM with accurate notes and pipeline tracking
- Work closely with the dispositions team to move deals to closing
KPIs / Performance Expectations
- Daily outbound call volume
- Consistent talk time
- Number of offers made
- Contracts signed
- Deals closed
